SOME PARTY
“Suburban Roots Music” is the Some Party's best description. Whether laying into a rocking roof shaker or a heart breaking ballad, Some Party delivers an honest “roots rock” sound. In a place where tumbleweeds roll through convenience stores and the sun sets over stucco landscapes arrives a new band of settlers. Carrying only musical instruments and sack filled with songs, they’ve come with a truthful sound and stories to tell. Members of Some Party include Marcus Watkins: Lead Guitar (Mandolin), Miiko Watanabe: Bass, Jeff Mince: Drums, Kaspar Abbo: Lead Vocals (Guitar) and Pat O'Mara: Lead Guitar

PATTY BOOKER and her band The Hired Hands, became hard-hitting champions of the honky tonk circuit in 1985. Heads began to turn when Patty dug into songs such as Loretta's "You Ain't Woman Enough" and Tammy Wynette's "Stand By Your Man." After recording her signature song, "Ninety Nine" written by Gary Brandin, she became a well-known name in the LA and Orange County Country music scene. Sharing the billing with artists such as Lucinda Williams, The reverend Horton Heat, and Chris Gaffney, Patty is a Country force to be reckoned with.

MORIS TEPPER  Just back from his tour opening for PJ Harvey, Moris Tepper may be remembered for his roles as guitarist and string sideman for such legendary music luminaries as Captain Beefheart, Tom Waits, Frank Black, and Robyn Hitchcock. Moris is an intrinsic part of the unique sounds for which these underground favorites have become legend. Moris has since surfaced as a brilliant and gifted songwriter, each song a shiny model of craft and invention.
